The ideal candidate will posess exceptional customer service skills, strong technical skills, and superior organizational skills.

The Service Manager Position is responsible for scheduling service technicians, ensuring department efficiency and productivity, liasing with manufacturers to ensure warranty is completed and filed in a timely manner.  The succesful candidate will provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer commitments are met.
